Estimated Expense Fields

The estimated expense record includes the following fields.

Description
Amount * The estimated amount for the expense. The currency matches the currency of the related estimate.
Estimate   The estimate that relates to the estimated expense.
Estimate Product Instance   The estimate product that is associated with the estimated expense.
Estimated Expense Name * The name of the estimated expense.
Non-Billable   If selected, the estimated expense is not billed to the customer.
Opportunity   The opportunity that is associated with the estimated expense.
Source Estimated Expense   The estimated expense that was used as a template in the creation of the estimated expense.
Type  

The type of expense. You can select one of the following options:

  • Lodging (Room and Tax)
  • Car Rental
  • Gasoline
  • Taxi
  • Subway
  • Auto Mileage
  • Personal Meals
  • Business Meals
  • Phone
  • Office Supplies and Services
  • IT Equipment and Services
