Creating Account Customer Success Segments

To create an account customer success segment:

  1. Navigate to the Account Customer Success Segments tab.
  2. Click New.
  3. Select an account for the account customer success segment.
  4. Select a customer success segment for the account customer success segment.
  5. Select a start date.
  6. [Optional] Select the Health Score Output 1 checkbox if you want to display the health score for the segment in the related field on the account record.
  7. [Optional] Select an end date.
  8. Click Save to save the account customer success segment or Save & New to save the account customer success segment and create a new one.
