Creating Customer Success Segment Metrics

To create a customer success segment metric:

  1. Navigate to the Customer Success Segment Metrics tab.
  2. Click New.
  3. Select a customer success metric for the customer success segment metric.
  4. Select a customer success segment for the customer success segment metric.
  5. Select a weighting for the customer success segment metric.
  6. Select a lower threshold for the customer success segment metric.
  7. Select an upper threshold for the customer success segment metric.
  8. Click Save to save the customer success segment metric or Save & New to save the customer success segment metric and create a new one.
