Playbook Task Fields

The playbook task record includes the following fields.

Field:

Description:
Account The account that relates to the playbook task.
Assigned Resources The resources assigned to the task.
Completed

If selected, the task is completed.

Note: Selecting the Completed checkbox can update the status of the task. For more information, contact your administrator.
Description The description of the playbook task.
Duration (Days) The duration of the playbook task in days.

End Date

The end date of the task.
End Date and Time The end date and time of the task.
Flagged If selected, the task has been flagged for attention.
Hours

The number of working hours required to complete the task.

This field is mandatory when creating PSA resource requests. If the field is updated on the playbook task, the field on the associated resource request is also updated. For more information, see Creating PSA Resource Requests.

Notes The notes entered on the playbook task.
Parent Success Plan The success plan that relates to the playbook task.
Playbook The playbook associated with the task.
Resource Role

The resource role associated with the task.

This field is mandatory when creating PSA resource requests. If the field is updated on the playbook task, the field on the associated resource request is also updated. This field cannot be updated if the playbook task has an associated playbook task assignment for a PSA resource. For more information on PSA resource requests, see Creating PSA Resource Requests.

Start Date The start date of the task.
Start Date and Time

The start date and time of the task.

These fields are mandatory when creating PSA resource requests. If the fields are updated on the playbook task, the fields on the associated resource request are also updated. For more information on PSA resource requests, see Creating PSA Resource Requests.

Status

The current status of the task.

Note: Selecting some statuses can automatically set the playbook task to completed. For more information, contact your administrator.
Template Task

If selected, the task is associated with a success plan or playbook that is a template. This field is not editable.

Note: Tasks associated with templates are not displayed in Activity Tracker.
