Metrics Output Fields

The Metrics dataset includes fields derived from the following objects:

• Customer Success Cloud Metric
• Customer Success Metric Account Value

The recipe also imports the Salesforce Account object.

The following table describes the fields available in the Metrics dataset, grouped by their type within Analytics.

Metrics Fields

	Metric Description	MetricDescription	The description of the metric.
	Metric ID	MetricId	The metric associated with the metric value.
	Metric Name	MetricName	The name of the metric associated with the metric value.
	Metric Type	MetricType	The type the metric is grouped by.
	Score Level	ScoreLevel	Determines if the dashboard metric row is calculating the score at metric level or account level.
Date	Date	Date	The date of the metric account value.
Measure	Account Health Score	AccountHealthScore	The health score for the account on the given date.
	Metric Lower Threshold	MetricLowerThreshold	Determines the lower limit for the metric.
	Metric Score	MetricScore	The metric score for the account on the given day.
	Metric Upper Threshold	MetricUpperThreshold	Determines the higher limit for the metric.
	Metric Weighting	MetricWeighting	Determines the contribution in percent that each metric has towards the accounts health score.
	Value	Value	The value of the account metric.
	Value Health Points	ValueHealthPoints	The total value health points for the metric.
