Creating a Success Plan
To create a new success plan:
- Click Create Success Plan on the Customer Success Management workspace or relevant record page.
- Click Create Blank.
- Enter a name for the new success plan.
- [Optional] Update the success plan owner. This field is pre-populated with the current user when one resource is assigned to the user.
- [Optional] Enter an account, next business review, last business review, and status for the success plan. The date of the last business review must be before the date of the next business review.
- [Optional] Enter a summary of your success plan. To upload an image, click
. - [Optional] Enter any challenges and risks for your success plan. To upload an image, click
. - Click Save.
To create a success plan from a template:
- Click Create Success Plan on the Customer Success Workspace or relevant record page.
- Select a success plan template. The success plans are displayed in separate cards by default. You can switch between views using the
and
buttons. - Click Next.
- [Optional] Update the name for the new success plan.
- [Optional] Update the success plan owner. This field is pre-populated with the current user when one resource is assigned to the user.
- [Optional] Select an account to associate with the success plan.
- [Optional] Update the effective date. The default is today’s date.
- [Optional] To make a success plan available for selection as a template when creating new success plans from templates, select the Template checkbox.
- [Optional] Update the summary of your success plan. To upload an image, click
