Create Activity Fields

The following table describes the fields on the Create Activity page when creating an activity from an app page, workspace, or Activity Tracker.

Field	Description:
Account	Lookup to the related account for the activity. If you are creating the activity from an account record page, this field is automatically populated with the account that the activity is created from, but it can be edited if required.
Contact	Lookup to the contacts to associate with the activity.
Date	The date of the activity.
Notes	Notes for the activity.
Summary	A summary of the activity.
Type	The type of activity.
