Creating an Activity
You can create activities from any of the following:
- The Activities tab.
- An app page, such as a workspace. See Creating an Activity from a Workspace or App Page.
- Activity Tracker. See Creating Activities.
To create a new activity:
- On the Activities tab, click New.
- [Optional] Search for and select an account to associate with the activity. Although this is not a required field, we recommend associating the activity with an account.
- Specify the date of the activity.
- Enter a summary for the activity.
- [Optional] Enter any notes related to the activity. To attach an image to the description, click
. - Click Save.
