Archive Set Fields

The following fields and buttons are displayed on the Archive Sets home page.

Some fields are not displayed in Lightning Experience.

Fields

Key: * – Mandatory field

Field   Description
Archive Set Number   Auto-generated archive set number.
Company   The name of company that the archive set was created for.
Document Type   Displays the document types included in the archive set.
Job Type  

One of the following archive process job types:

  • Mark for Archiving - Marks the selected data in the archive set as ready for deletion.
  • Discarding - Discards the archive set and removes the archive set reference from all records included in the archive set.
  • Archiving - Deletes the data marked for archiving in the archive set.
Process Completed   The date and time that the archive job completed.
Process Started   The date and time that the archive job started.
Status  

The status of the archive job:

  • Pending
  • In Progress
  • Complete
  • Error
Total Number of Errors   The total number of errors logs generated by the archive job.
Total Number of Logs   The total number of logs generated by the archive job. The archive job generates a log for each journal archived.
