Deleting Resource Pool Members

You can delete resource pool members from the following places:

  • The Resource Pool Management tab of the resource pool's record page
  • The Resource Pool Membership related list of the resource pool's record page

Deleting a pool member removes them from the Resource Pool Members table in the Resource Pool Management tab and deletes the resource pool membership record, which links the resource to the resource pool, from the Resource Pool Membership related list on the resource pool's record page.

Once deleted, the resource can be added back to the resource pool using any of the methods listed in Adding Resource Pool Members.

You can delete pool members in one of the following ways:

To delete resource pool members from the Resource Pool Management tab of the resource pool's record page:

  1. In the App Launcher, navigate to the Resource Pool tab.
  2. Click the resource pool that you want to delete members from. The resource pool's record page displays.
  3. On the resource pool's record page, click the Resource Pool Management tab.
  4. Select the members you want to remove from the resource pool and click Delete Pool Members. The deleted members are removed from the Resource Pool Members table.

To delete resource pool members from the Resource Pool Memberships related list of the resource pool's record page:

  1. In the App Launcher, navigate to the Resource Pool tab.
  2. Click the resource pool that you want to delete members from. The resource pool's record page displays.
  3. On the resource pool's record page, click the Related tab.
  4. On the Resource Pool Memberships related list, click Show Actions next to the member you want to remove.
  5. Click Delete.
