Resource Pool Fields

The Resource Pool object includes the following fields.

Resource Pool Fields

Description
Pool Name * The name of the resource pool.
Resource Pool Role  

Multi-select picklist that enables you to select the roles associated with the CS Cloud resources in the pool. The Role global picklist value set contains the options available in this picklist field. This field cannot be updated if the resource pool already has resources allocated to it.

Note:

You cannot create resource pools:

  • That don't have a role
  • That have the same combination of roles as existing resource pools
