| Resource Name | The name of the resource allocated to the record. |
| Role | The role of the resource allocated to the record. |
Buttons

| Add Members | Opens the window that lists the resources that are available to allocate to the record. This button is available on team and resource pool records. |
| Allocate | Opens the Allocate Resources window, which lists the resources that are available to allocate to the record. This button is available on account, success plan, objective, and playbook records. |
| Auto-Allocate |
Allocates the most suitable resource from the resource pool that has the same role as the record. |
