Resolving a Comment Thread

If you have read and write access to a plan, you can resolve a comment thread to mark it as complete. This might be useful if the comments have already been actioned on and are no longer relevant. When a thread is resolved, you must reopen it to add new comments to it.

To resolve a thread:

  1. Open the plan scenario that contains the comment thread that you want to resolve.
  2. Right-click the cell that contains the thread that you want to resolve.
  3. Click Show Menu.
  4. Click Resolve. The thread is marked as resolved.
  5. Click Save. The changes to the thread are saved, along with any other changes to the plan scenario.
