Viewing Existing Comment Threads

You can view all the comment threads that have been added to a plan scenarioClosed Represents an independent scenario, version, or snapshot of a plan..

To view existing comment threads:

  1. Open the plan that you want to see comment threads for.
  2. If the plan contains multiple scenarios, switch to the scenario that you want to see comments threads for. For more information, see Switching Between Plan Scenarios.
  3. In the plan table, click Show All Comments. The Comments panel displays all the existing comment threads in the plan scenario.
  4. [Optional] Use the Filter By drop-down menu to view only open or resolved threads.
  5. Click a thread to view the comments that it contains.
