Customizing Columns for Manage Resource Requests

You can customize the columns displayed in the Manage Resource Requests window.

Use the existing MassReassignResourceRequestColumns field set on the Resource Request object to control the columns you want to display in the Manage Resource Requests window on the Assigned and Unassigned tabs.

Warning:

You can add read-only fields for visibility but they are not editable.

Default Fields in Custom Field Sets

In the MassReassignResourceRequestColumns field set in the Resource Requests object, the following are the fields that always appear by default:

  • Resource Request Id
  • Resource Request Name
  • Resource -> Name
  • Resource -> Resource Role
  • Start Date
  • End Date
  • Requested Hours
  • Status

Column width adjustments are not maintained between PSA user sessions or when you reload the Manage Resource Requests page.

To modify the fields displayed as columns on the Manage Resource Requests window.

  1. From the Setup | Object Manager, search the Resource Request object and search for the MassReassignResourceRequestColumns field set.
  2. Modify the field set as required that you want to use to control the columns in the Manage Resource Requests component.
  3. Select the required field set from the Field Set properties, drag and drop it under the “In the Field Set” list, and arrange the order of the fields.
  4. Save your changes.
