Skill or Certification Rating Fields

The skill or certification rating record includes the following fields.

Key: * – Mandatory field

M - Indicates the skill or certification rating fields included as default fields in the PSA Mobile application as displayed on the Edit panel of My Skills and My Certifications tabs. On the detail page all fields are read-only.

Field		Description
Approval Status		Indicates the approval status of the skill or certification rating: Saved Submitted Approved Rejected
Aspiration	M	When selected, indicates that the resource wants to learn this skill or acquire additional knowledge in it.
Certification		The certification to which the rating applies.
Certified		When selected, indicates that the resource's skills certification record is accredited and active. When deselected, indicates that the skill certification is inactive.
Date Achieved		Date when the rating was achieved.
Evaluation Date	M	Date on which the rating was or is to be evaluated.
Expiration Date	M	Date on which the skill or certification rating expires.
Last Used Date		Date when the resource last used the skill.
Notes		Information about the skill or certification rating.
Rating	M	Level of exposure or ability that the resource has for the skill or certification.
Rating ID	M R	The unique identifier of the Rating record.
Skill or Certification	M R	The skill or certification to which the rating applies.
Resource	*	The resource A contact that works on a project. to which the rating applies.
Skill	*	The skill to which the rating applies.
Years of Experience		The number of years' experience a resource has in a skill.

Note: In the PSA Mobile application, the detail views of My Skills, My Certifications, and My Aspirations tabs display Rating ID, Skill or Certification, Record Type Name, Rating, Aspiration, and default fields of the Additional Fields field set: Evaluation Date and Expiration Date. These fields are also displayed on the Edit panel of the My Skills and My Certifications tabs. To add more fields, contact your administrator.

Buttons

The Manage Skills and Certifications tab of the PSA Mobile application includes the following buttons:

Button	Description
Add	Adds skills and certifications to the resource profile.
Close	Allows you to go back to the previous page.
Edit	Edits skill and certification rating record on the respective page.
Delete	Deletes the selected skill and certification rating record on the respective page.
