Using Skills Capacity

You can use the Skills Capacity page to view what levels of skills are available in your organization.

Your administrator can configure the preferences and thresholds in the Skills Capacity Matrix. See Skills Capacity Settings.

Note:

Category and certification records in your skills hierarchy do not display on this page.

To use Skills Capacity:

1. Click the Skills Capacity tab to view skills grouped by type.
2. [Optional] Click Expand All or Collapse All to display or hide skills as appropriate.
3. [Optional] To apply filtering by RPG Abbreviation of region, practice, group., select an option in the Filter by field, select an available RPG record from the list, and select the Filter checkbox.
4. Click a particular type to expand and view the skills in it.
   Red circles containing an exclamation mark display next to those skills where the values are below a particular configured threshold.
5. Click a skill record in a type to view the resources with this skill.
6. In the Skill Details for Java section, click a column header to sort the resource results.
7. [Optional] Type some characters into the Search field to filter resource results.
8. Click a resource result to view their contact record.
