PS Cloud Core Analytics Permission Sets

Integration User PS Cloud Analytics Integration User Read Access Grants read access to your PS Cloud objects, fields, and records.
[Optional] User-created custom permission set with a suggested name of PS Cloud Analytics Integration User Custom Read Access

To create the Resource Skills dataset, you must add read access permission for the Integration User for the following objects in your PSA data environment:

  • Skill / Certification Rating
  • Contact
To create the Utilization Results dataset, you must add read access permission for the Integration User for the Resource Change field on the Utilization Results object.
To add user-generated fields from your data environment to a dataset, ensure that the Integration User has read access to the required fields by creating and assigning an appropriate permission set to them, then running the configuration wizard.
[Optional] Services CPQ Analytics Integration User Read Access Enables view access to objects and fields derived from Services CPQ.
PS Cloud Analytics Admin PSA - PS Cloud Analytics Setup Required to create, delete, and view PS Cloud Analytics Setup records.
  User-created custom permission set with a suggested name of PS Cloud Core Analytics Service Access

Enables users who are not administrators to create a PS Cloud Core Analytics app. You must create a customer permission set by following the steps below:

  1. Create your own permission set.

  2. Add access to the class fferpcore.can_CoreAnalyticsAppService.

  3. Add access to the class fferpcore.can_AdditionalFieldsService.

  4. Add access to the class fferpcore.can_AdditionalFieldsController.

  5. On the PS Cloud Analytics Setup object, add read and edit permissions for the following fields:

    • Additional Resource Change API Name
    • Additional Resource Change Fields

  6. Assign the permission set to the non-administrator user.

View User Analytics View Only User

Enables view access to dashboards embedded in Lightning pages and workspaces.

 

Note:

This is a standard Salesforce permission set that automatically provides access to the Analytics Platform permission set license.
