SECTIONSSaving Your View
You can personalize the display of action views in several ways including resizing and reordering columns, hiding columns, sorting and filtering the results, and turning grand totals on or off. By saving your view, any adjustments you have made will be applied next time you run an action view using the same action view template.
If a setting is impacting your results, the icon will be shown in amber to draw your attention to it.
To save your current view, click the 
icon in the My View toolbar.
If you make further adjustments to the display but decide not to save them, click the 
icon to revert to your last saved view.
You can always revert to the default settings defined on the action view template by clicking the 
icon.
