Services CPQ – Salesforce RLM Connector Overview

The Services CPQ – Salesforce RLM Connector enables you to connect Services CPQ with Salesforce Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM). This enables you to add a primary estimate to its associated Salesforce quote by copying estimate product instances as quotes lines. Any records not related to estimate products are copied as a separate quote line and are associated with the selected product.

You can also use an invocable method for adding an estimate to a Services CPQ – Salesforce RLM Connector quote that you can use within Salesforce Flow Builder. For more information, see Custom Actions.

Notes:

• You can only add an estimate to a quote if it is already associated with one.
• Discounting is not supported when adding an estimate to a quote.
