Setting up the Services CPQ – Salesforce RLM Connector

Before you can use the Services CPQ – Salesforce RLM Connector you must:

  • Set up Services CPQ. For more information, see Setting up Services CPQ.
  • Set up Services CPQ – Salesforce RLM Connector. For more information, see the Salesforce Help.
  • Assign the relevant permissions to your users.
  • Add the Quote field to the Details tab in the Estimate page layout.
  • Add the Add to Quote button to the Estimate page layout.
  • In Setup, navigate to Salesforce Pricing Setup and click Sync.
Note:

The Services CPQ – Salesforce RLM Connector package is separate from the Services CPQ package. For more information, contact your Customer Support representative.

Permission Sets

You must assign the following permission set to users who need to view and edit estimates in Services CPQ – Salesforce RLM Connector.

Permission Set Name Description
Services CPQ – Salesforce RLM Connector – Add Estimates to Quotes View and add an estimate to a Salesforce RLM quote.
