Generating a Document from an Estimate
You can generate a document detailing an estimate using Output Builder and send a statement of work to your customer. For more information, see Output Builder Overview.

The Services CPQ output template contains of all these bodies, in the order listed above.
To generate a document from an estimate:
- On the estimate record, click Generate Document. A preview of the document is displayed.
- [Optional] Override the default recipients of the document by clicking Edit in the To, CC, or BCC fields. Enter an email address in the Enter Address(es) field or search using the Contact Lookup field, then click Add Address(es) | Close.
- Click Save and Send.
