Cost Category

Indicates the cost category of the record:

  • Expense Cost
  • External Cost
  • Internal Cost
  • Other Cost
Costs Pending Recognition The costs that are ready for recognition on the relevant cost forecast.
Costs Recognized to Date The costs that have already been recognized on the relevant cost forecast.
Cost Source

Indicates the source of the costs for the record:

  • Deliverable: Assignment
  • Deliverable: Expense
  • Deliverable: Milestone
  • Deliverable: Miscellaneous Adjustment
  • Deliverable: Resource Request
  • Deliverable: Timecard
Cost Type

Indicates whether the values in the record apply to actual costs or forecast costs:

  • Actuals
  • Forecast

The following cost sources apply to actual costs:

  • Deliverable: Expense
  • Deliverable: Milestone
  • Deliverable: Miscellaneous Adjustment
  • Deliverable: Timecard

The following cost sources apply to forecast costs:

  • Deliverable: Assignment
  • Deliverable: Milestone
  • Deliverable: Resource Request
Milestone A lookup to the milestone the relevant cost forecast relates to.
Opportunity Reserved for future use.
Project A lookup to the project the relevant cost forecast relates to.
Scheduled Costs The costs that are scheduled for recognition on the relevant cost forecast.
Time Period A lookup to the time period the relevant cost forecast relates to.
Unscheduled Costs The costs that are not scheduled for recognition on the relevant cost forecast.
