Approving and Rejecting Multiple Records with Mass Approval

You can approve, reject, or reassign multiple records at once provided that Mass Approval is available on the page.

To mass manage records:

  1. Go to the page containing Mass Approval for the records you want to manage.

  2. Select the checkboxes of the records.

  3. Click one of these buttons:

    1. Approve to approve the selected records.

    2. Reject to reject the selected records.

    3. Reassign to reassign the selected records to another approver.

  4. [Optional] Enter comments in the Comments field.

  5. Click Approve, Reject, or Reassign.

Note:

The approver you are reassigning records to must be active. If the Reassign button is not available, contact your administrator.

Tip:

You can right-click a column header to display hiding, grouping, and sorting actions. You can also drag-and-drop columns.

To filter the approval requests displayed, click Filter button. Start typing a value in the box displayed for the column you want to filter by. Matching records will display as you type.

The PSA Mass Approval component supports delegated approvers. For more information, search for "Approvals" in the Salesforce Help.

If you are using delegated approvers, you can use the picklist to determine whether to display all, primary, or delegated approval requests.
