Managing Teams

To create a team:

1. Navigate to the Manage Team page from any of the following:
   • The PSE Links sidebar on the Home tab
   • The Team tab
2. Click Create Team.
3. Enter the fields as described in Team Fields.
4. Click Save.

To add members to a team:

1. On the Manage Team page, select a team from the Team drop-down list.
2. Under Team Members, select the number of entries to create from the drop-down list and click Add Team Members to add team member entries.
3. Add resources to the team member entries.
4. Set the Team Scheduler Permission level as described in Team Membership Fields.
5. Click Save.

To delete members from a team:

1. On the Manage Team page, select a team from the Team drop-down list.
2. Under Team Members, select one of the following:
   • Click in the Remove column to remove specified team members.
   • Click Remove All Team Members to remove all members of a team.
     
3. Click Save.

To specify recipients of team schedule notifications:

1. On the Manage Team page, select a team from the Team drop-down list.
2. Under Notification, select one of the following:
   • Select All Team Members to send team schedule notifications to all listed members of the team.
   • Select Other Email Addresses to send team schedule notifications to a customized list of recipients. List the recipients in the associated text box as a comma-delimited list.
3. Click Save.

To specify custom email templates to use for team schedule notifications:

1. On the Manage Team page, select a team from the Team drop-down list.
2. Under Notification, select Use Custom Template. 
3. Enter the custom template unique name value in the Custom Template Name field.
4. Click Save.

To enable or disable the ability of team members to swap shifts:

1. On the Manage Team page, select a team from the Team drop-down list.
2. Under Self Service Feature, specify if team members can swap assigned shifts:
   • Select Enable Swapping to allow team members to swap assigned shifts.
   • Select Disable Swapping to disallow team members to swap assigned shifts.
     
3. Click Save.
