Team Schedule Planner Fields

Here is a description of the fields and buttons in the team schedule planner.

Key: R – Read-only

Field		Description
Availability	R	The percentage of time available for the indicated team member, based on the work calendar associated with the resource.
Hours Scheduled	R	The hours scheduled for the week, including assignments that fall outside of the shift assignment.
Team Member	R	The initials of the team member.
Weekend Total	R	The total hours for weekend shifts associated with the team member for the indicated week.
Weekly Total	R	The total hours for weekday shifts associated with the team member for the indicated week.
