Adding an Estimate to a Quote

To add an estimate to a Salesforce RLM quote:

1. Identify an estimate that is set as primary and is associated with a product that has a product type of "Bundle".
2. On the Salesforce RLM quote record that you want to add the estimate to, click Start Sync.
3. On the estimate record, click Add to Quote.

4. Do one of the following:

   • Select the Add Estimate Products as Header Quote Lines checkbox to add all new estimate products as header quote lines.
   • In the Header Quote Line field, select a header quote line from the drop-down to group all new estimate products as sub-quote lines under the selected header quote line.
5. Click Add.

Notes:

• When adding records independent of estimate products to a quote, you must first populate the Product field in the Details tab of the estimate. The selected product is used to create opportunity products when adding records independent of estimate products to opportunity.
• When you add an estimate to a quote, it will also add the estimate to its associated opportunity.
