Filtering Activities in Activity Tracker

To filter the activity data in Activity Tracker:

  1. In Activity Tracker, click Open the Filters Panel to open the Filters panel.
  2. [Optional] Select a saved filter set, then click Apply.
  3. Select an account. If you are on a record page, the Account field is pre-populated with the account associated with the record you are viewing.

  4. Select a date range.

  5. Select My Activities to display only the activities that you own or are assigned to.
  6. Select an activity type.
  7. Select one or more objects whose activities you want to view in the Upcoming Activities section.
  8. [Optional] If your administrator has enabled additional fields in the Filters panel, you can search for and select the following objects whose CS activities you want to view:

    • Success plans
    • Objectives
    • Playbooks
  9. Click Apply to apply the selected filters. To reset the filters to their default values, click Reset.

  10. Click Close the Filters panel to close the Filters panel.
