Deleting CS Activities
You can delete CS activities in:
- The CS Activities tab
- Activity Tracker
Deleting CS Activities from Activity Tracker
To delete a CS activity from Activity Tracker:
- In Activity Tracker, click
next to the CS activity that you want to delete. - Click Delete in the drop-down list. The deletion confirmation window displays.
- Click Delete.
Deleting Draft CS Activities from Activity Tracker
To delete a draft CS activity from Activity Tracker:
- In the App Launcher, click Customer Success Management Workspace.
- Click the Activity Tracker tab.
- In the Draft Activities section, click
next to the draft activity that you want to delete. - Click Delete in the drop-down list. The deletion confirmation window displays.
- Click Delete.
Deleting CS Activities from the CS Activities Tab
To delete a CS activity from the CS Activities tab:
- In the App Launcher, navigate to the CS Activities tab.
- Click
next to the CS activity that you want to delete, then click Delete. The deletion confirmation window displays. - Click Delete.
