Providing Access to the Skills and Utilization Data of All Resources

The Bypass Resource Skills View Restriction and Bypass Utilization Results Security Mode permission controls enable you provide to individual users with access to the skills and utilization data of all resources, by bypassing the security predicates for skills and utilization selected in your PS Cloud Analytics Setup record. For more information, see Permission Control Fields and Security Predicates in PS Cloud Core Analytics.

To bypass security predicates:

  1. Open the permission control record for the user that you want to be able to view the data of all resources.
  2. Select Bypass Resource Skills View Restriction if you want to provide the user with access to the skills data of all resources.
  3. Select Bypass Utilization Results Security Mode if you want to provide the user with access to the utilization data of all resources.
  4. [Optional] Specify the start and end date to provide the user with access to the data of all resources for the specified period.
Example:

If you want to grant permission for User A to view the skills or utilization data created between January 1, 2024 and January 31, 2024 for all resources:

  1. Select the relevant permission control.
  2. Specify Start Date as 01/01/2024.
  3. Specify End Date as 01/31/2024.
