Here is a description of the fields that Customer Success Cloud – PSA Connector adds to the Resource Request object.

If selected, it helps a PSA resource manager identify that the resource request was created from a playbook task. This field is populated when a PSA resource request is created for a playbook task in Customer Success Cloud. It is populated by the Customer Success Cloud – PSA Connector and cannot be edited.
