Configuring the CSC Executive Briefing Configuration

You can configure the prompt used to generate executive briefings by managing the parameters that determine the specific fields and date range that are referenced by the summary.

Note: This feature is part of the Certinia Early Adopter Program. This program is only available to a limited number of customers. For more information, contact your customer success manager.

Prompt configurations are managed in the AI Prompt Configuration Builder. The table below describes the steps for setting up the AI Prompt Configuration Builder.

To configure the CSC Executive Briefing Configuration:

  1. From the App Launcher, navigate to AI Prompt Configuration Builder.

  2. To manage the parameters, do the following:

    1. In the Fields to Summarize field of the relevant parameter, search for and select the fields of the predefined related list that you want the executive briefing to reference. You can also remove any preselected fields that you don't want the executive briefing to reference.

    2. To filter the records that you want the executive briefing to reference, click Add Filter. Select the field that you want to filter records by. Currently, you can only filter records by their date fields. Select an operator for the filter. Select a value for the filter. If you select a value that contains an N variable, the Where N Equals field displays. Enter the value you want to replace the N.

    3. Click Save to save the filter.

  3. When all of your parameters are updated, click Save to save your configuration.
