Filtering Playbook Tasks in the Playbook Task Manager
To filter playbook tasks in the Playbook Task Manager:
- In the Playbook Task Manager, click
to open the Filters panel. - [Optional] Select a saved filter set, then click Apply.
- Select a start and end date to filter by. Tasks active during this time are displayed. The default range is one month before and after today's date.
- [Optional] Select Include Tasks With No Start and End Date to view tasks without defined dates.
- [Optional] Search for and select the customer success segments to filter by.
- [Optional]Search for and select the CS cloud resources to filter by.
- [Optional]Search for and select the resource pools to filter by.
- [Optional] Select the task statuses to filter by.
- [Optional] Specify if you want to filter by tasks marked as flagged.
- [Optional] Search for and select the accounts to filter by.
- [Optional] Search for and select the success plans to filter by.
- [Optional] Search for and select the objectives to filter by.
- [Optional] Search for and select the playbooks to filter by.
- [Optional] Search for and select the playbook owners to filter by. This is automatically populated with the current logged in user if no filters are applied from local storage, or if you reset the filter options to their default values.

Click Apply to apply the selected filter options. To reset the filter options to their default values, click Reset.

to close the Filters panel.
