OIM Advanced Quoting - Customer Quotation Lines Grid Lightning Component Fields

The OIM Advanced Quoting - Customer Quotation Lines Grid Lightning component includes the following fields and buttons.

Fields

An administrator can control the fields that are displayed using the CQ Item Field Set for Drop Ship record types and the CQ Inventory Lines field set for Inventory record types. For more information about these field sets, see Customer Quotation Line Field Sets. For more information about the fields included in the Customer Quotation Line object, see Customer Quotation Line.

Buttons

The OIM Advanced Quoting - Customer Quotation Lines Grid Lightning component includes the following buttons.

Note:

We strongly recommend that you do not clone customer quotation lines using the Salesforce Clone button.

Add a line Adds a line. Not applicable
Clone Lines Clones the selected lines. Not applicable
Delete Lines Deletes the selected lines. Not applicable

Manages the grouping of line items. The options are:

  • Group: Groups the selected line items.
  • Ungroup: Ungroups the selected line items.
  • Group by Product Group: Groups the selected line items automatically under their preassigned product group.
  • Sort Groups in Ascending Order: The line items are sorted alphabetically in ascending order according to the group name.
  • Sort Groups in Descending Order: The line items are sorted alphabetically in descending order according to the group name.

Manages the pricing of line items. The options are:

  • Cost Plus: The cost of the item plus the percentage gross profit margin you want to make.
  • Profit Margin: The NRC price is calculated using the formula: Quantity * (Item Cost / (1 - (Profit Margin/100))) where Profit Margin is the percentage you enter.
  • List Minus: The Price is calculated using the formula: Price = List Price - (List Price * % Discount).
  • Set Cost By List Minus: Sets the item cost to a percentage of the list price.
  • Apply Rebate: To pass a percentage of the applied rebate amount to the customer.

Collapse All Collapses all the line item groups. Deselected

Provides setting options for the grid. Currently, there is one menu option:

Reset Preferences: Reset the user's field set preferences.

Add Multiple Items

Displays two options:

  • Search Items: Uses when you do not know the exact name of items that you want to quote for.
  • Paste Items: Uses when you paste items and their corresponding quantities from a CSV file into the grid.
