Decisions Overview
In PSA, a decision captures a key choice made during a project's lifecycle that can influence scope, timelines, or outcomes.
Each decision has the following key details:
- Decision Name
- Description
- Owner
- Status
Every decision is assessed based on its potential impact, priority, and severity to reflect its significance. They can be linked to relevant project components, such as milestones, opportunities, or tasks, and are tracked by Approval Dates to identify when they were finalized.
Decisions ensure transparency, accountability, and alignment among stakeholders throughout the project.You can create a decision from the following:
- Decisions tab
- Related tab on the project record
- RAID actions in the Actions panel
