Decision Fields
Here is a description of the standard fields that make up a decision record.
Key: * – Mandatory field

| Account | The account related to dependency. | |
| Approved | Determines when approved based on the decision status. Defaults to true when the status is approved and false for all other status values. | |
| Approved Date | The date on which the decision was approved. | |
| Comments | Any additional comments about the decision. | |
| Date Raised | The date on which the decision was created. | |
| Decision Description | The description of the decision. | |
| Decision Name | * | The name of the decision. |
| Decision Owner | The resource assigned as the decision owner. | |
| Impact | The impact of the decision. Values are 1 to 5, where 1 is the lowest impact and 5 is the highest. | |
| Milestone | The milestone related to decision. | |
| Opportunity | The opportunity related to decision. | |
| Priority | The priority of the decision. Values are 1 to 5, where 1 is the lowest priority and 5 is the highest. | |
| Project | The project related to decision. | |
| Project Task | The project task related to decision. | |
| Severity | The severity of the decision. Calculated by multiplying the impact and priority values. | |
| Status | The status of the decision. Values include Proposed, Approved, and Rejected. |
