Decision Fields

Here is a description of the standard fields that make up a decision record.

Key: * – Mandatory field

Decision Fields
Field   Description
Account   The account related to dependency.
Approved   Determines when approved based on the decision status. Defaults to true when the status is approved and false for all other status values.
Approved Date   The date on which the decision was approved.
Comments   Any additional comments about the decision.
Date Raised   The date on which the decision was created.
Decision Description   The description of the decision.
Decision Name * The name of the decision.
Decision Owner   The resource assigned as the decision owner.
Impact   The impact of the decision. Values are 1 to 5, where 1 is the lowest impact and 5 is the highest.
Milestone   The milestone related to decision.
Opportunity   The opportunity related to decision.
Priority   The priority of the decision. Values are 1 to 5, where 1 is the lowest priority and 5 is the highest.
Project   The project related to decision.
Project Task   The project task related to decision.
Severity   The severity of the decision. Calculated by multiplying the impact and priority values.
Status   The status of the decision. Values include Proposed, Approved, and Rejected.
