Troubleshooting Suggested Adjustments

Suggested adjustments might not be available on the current project for the following reasons:

  • You do not have the relevant permissions to access the following objects:

    • Est v Actuals
    • Schedules
    • Schedule Exceptions
  • The project is a template.
  • The project is not active.
  • The project has a bill rate of "Daily".
  • The end date of the project is in the past.
  • There are no time periods of type "Week" in your org.
  • The project has no resource assignments.
  • There are no work calendars associated with the assigned resources.
  • There are no EvAs with a time period type of "Week".

  • There are no EvAs with a time period type of "Week" that have values for:

    • Future estimated hours
    • Past estimated hours
    • Past actual hours
  • The project was created after your PS Cloud Core Analytics app was last updated.
  • There is no data when the Project Reporting dataset is filtered for the object type "Est Vs Actuals" and the EvA Time Period Type "Week".
  • There is no data for the relevant actual or scheduled weeks when the Project Reporting dataset is filtered for the object type "Est Vs Actuals".
