New Features and Enhancements in PS Cloud Core Analytics Summer 2025

The following new features have been introduced in the Summer 2025 release of PS Cloud Core Analytics.

If you are upgrading from a previous version, see Upgrading to PS Cloud Core Analytics Summer 2025. This provides a summary of the items that have been added for each feature and details of any required upgrade steps.

(Beta) Enhancements to Services Forecasting

To enable the creation of the Services Forecast Reporting dataset, we've introduced the PS Cloud Core Analytics App Initialize Services Forecast Reporting and PS Cloud Core Analytics App Snapshot Services Forecast Plans recipes. This has facilitated the introduction of the PSA Services Forecast dashboard, which enables service leaders and project managers to:

  • View revenue, cost, and margin information for Live forecasts imported from PSA and Working forecasts imported from WorkGrid by month or quarter
  • View a breakdown of the sources of revenue, costs, and margin for Live and Working forecasts
  • Compare revenue, cost, and margin information for Live and Working forecasts against historical forecasts from WorkGrid

Warning:

Services Forecasting is Beta functionality in this release. Further development is required to deliver a fully functional solution. Contact Certinia Support.

Revenue Forecasting is unaffected and continues to work in the same way as before.

Enhancements to the Project Reporting Dataset

We've added created date and last modified date fields to Project Reporting to enable real-time reporting from the dataset. For more information, see Project Reporting Dataset Output Fields.
