Cloning a Scoping Requirement Set

To clone a scoping requirement set:

1. Go to the record page of your existing scoping requirement set.
2. Click Clone Scoping Requirement Set.
3. Enter a name for the new scoping requirement set.
4. Select the estimate product that the new requirement set relates to.
5. [Optional] Enter a description.
6. Click Clone.

If you clone a scoping requirement set to the same estimate product it was created from the following will be cloned to the new scoping session:

• Requirements
• Responses
• Actions
• Action Conditions
• Display Conditions

If you clone a scoping requirement set to a different estimate product, the following will be cloned to the new scoping session:

• Requirements
• Responses
• Display Conditions

Notes:

• Your cloned scoping requirement set will not be active by default. You must manually activate it by selecting the Active checkbox within the requirement set.
• If an estimate product already has an active scoping requirement set, you must first deactivate it before activating your new, cloned requirement set.
