Using Platform Events
You can use the following fields on the Services Estimator Process custom setting with the Services Estimator Process Completion platform event:
- Clone Estimate Event
- Financial Summary Generation Event
- Guided Scoping Create Estimate Event
Guided Scoping Create Estimate Event
You can track the completion of an estimate created from a Scoping Session using the new Scoping Session Estimate Creation Event field on the Services Estimator Process custom setting.
When creating an estimate from a Scoping Session, the Services Estimator Process Completion platform event is published when the estimate has been created and estimate products have been added to the estimate.
Included in this event is the newly created Estimate ID and a list of each added Estimate Product Instance IDs.

Clone Estimate Event
The Services Estimator Process Completion Event enables you to track the completion of a cloned estimate.
When cloning an estimate, the Services Estimator Process Completion platform event is published when the estimate has been created and all related records have been added to the estimate.
Included in this event is the source Estimate ID and the destination Estimate ID.

Financial Summary Generation Event
You can track the generation of an estimate financial summary using the Financial Summary Generation Event field on the Services Estimator Process custom setting.
When generating a financial summary, the Services Estimator Process Completion platform event is published when the summary has been fully generated.
Included in this event are Estimate IDs.
