The following Certinia product is required for WorkGrid Analytics.

WorkGrid	Winter 2025	The dataset that you select in the configuration wizard must be created using the Winter 2025 or a newer version of WorkGrid.

Note:

The WorkGrid Analytics dashboards are optimized for desktop users. Mobile and tablet views aren't currently supported.
