Generating AI Account Summaries

Note:

This feature is part of the Certinia Early Adopter Program. This program is only available to a limited number of customers.

To generate an AI account summary:

1. Go to the account record page that you want to create an AI account summary for.
2. Click Generate Account Summary in the Actions panel.
3. Review the summarized information in the Generate Account Summary window.
4. Click Close.
