Generating Account AI Summaries

Note:

This feature is part of the Certinia Early Adopter Program. This program is only available to a limited number of customers.

To generate an account AI summary:

1. Go to the account record page that you want to generate an account AI summary for.
2. Click Generate Account Summary in the Actions panel.
3. Review the summarized information in the Generate Account Summary window.
