Generating a Dynamic Playbook From CS Work Suggestion

To generate a dynamic playbook via CS work suggestion:

1. Navigate to the CS Work Suggestion tab.
2. Select and click the desired CS work suggestion.
3. Click on the Suggestion tab of the CS work suggestion record page.
4. Click Create right next to the suggested playbook title and playbook tasks.

Notes:

• Only one playbook with its associated playbook tasks is currently suggested in the Suggestion tab of the CS Work Suggestion record page as a result of the trigger event.
• When a playbook is created, the status of the CS work suggestion is changed from New to Accepted.
