Playbook Task Name
The name of the playbook task.
Resources
The resources associated with the playbook task.
Status
The current status of the task. Playbook tasks with no status are not displayed in the Playbook Task Manager's Task Board view.
Duration in Days
The number of days between the playbook task's start and completion. Updating this value automatically extends or reduces the end date. This column is displayed only when both the Start Date and End Date fields are displayed in the Playbook Task Manager.
Start Date
The start date of the task. Changing this date recalculates the playbook task's duration in days.
End Date
The end date of the task. Changing this date recalculates the playbook task's duration in days.
Completed
If selected, the task is completed.

Delete Tasks
Deletes selected tasks.
Preference Panel
Opens and closes the Preferences panel enabling you to configure the board. This is only available when accessing the Playbook Task Manager from the Customer Success Management Workspace.
Filter Tasks
Opens and closes the Filters panel enabling you to filter the tasks displayed.

Date Range
Select a time period to filter tasks. Available options are:

Custom
Selecting the Custom filter option enables you to specify the start and end dates you want in the Filters panel.
Start Date
The start date of the playbook task. This field is displayed only when you select Custom in the Date Range field.
End Date
The end date of the playbook task. This field is displayed only when you select Custom in the Date Range field.
Include Tasks with No Start and End Date
If selected, tasks with no associated start and end date display in the grid.
Customer Success Segment
Search for and select one or more customer success segments to display in the tracker.
Product
Search for and select one or more products you want to filter by.
CS Cloud Resource
Search for and select one or more CS cloud resources to view their associated playbook tasks in Playbook Task Manager.
Resource Pool
Search for and select one or more resource pools to view the playbook tasks associated with the resource pools' members in the Playbook Task Manager.
Playbook
Search for and select one or more playbooks to view their associated playbook tasks in the Playbook Task Manager.
Account
Search for and select one or more accounts to view their associated playbook tasks in the Playbook Task Manager.
Playbook Owner
Search for and select one or more playbook owners. This is automatically populated with the current logged in user when there are no filters to apply from local storage. When you click Reset, the field is also populated with the current logged in user.
Status
Search for and select one or more task statuses you want to filter by.
Flagged
Specify if you want to filter by tasks marked as flagged. You can select No Preference to filter by all tasks regardless of their flagged status.
Success Plan
Search for and select one or more success plans to view their associated playbook tasks in the Playbook Task Manager
Objective
Search for and select one or more objectives to view their associated playbook tasks in the Playbook Task Manager
