Scheduled Jobs

You can access scheduled jobs from:

  • The App Launcher. Search for and click Scheduled Jobs Configuration.
  • The Scheduled Jobs tab on the Foundations Setup page.

Working With Scheduled Jobs

Some Foundations scheduled jobs are not schedulable, but run when you carry out an action on the list view of a Foundations object, such as calculating tax from the billing document list view. One scheduled job record is created for each process.

You can edit, run, schedule, and cancel jobs on the Scheduled Jobs tab. However, we recommend that you manage schedulable Foundations jobs on the Scheduled Job tab within the Foundations Setup page of the Foundations Administration app. See Foundations Setup Scheduled Jobs for more information.
