Viewing Scheduled Jobs

You can look at the status of a background job from:

  • The Scheduled Jobs Configuration page
  • The Scheduled Jobs subtab on the Foundations Setup page

From this page you can filter and view scheduled jobs.

From this page you can configure, modify, and execute scheduled jobs.

Viewing a Scheduled Job From The Scheduled Jobs Configuration Page

To view a scheduled job:

  1. From the App Launcher, search for and click Scheduled Jobs Configuration.
  2. Click the name of the job you want to view.
  3. Click the Run Number of the job you want.
  4. Click the Log Name you want to view.

Filtering the Scheduled Jobs List from the Scheduled Jobs Configuration Page

You can filter the list of scheduled jobs in the scheduled jobs configuration page to quickly get to the scheduled job you wish to view or configure.

To filter the scheduled jobs list:

  1. Enter your search criteria in the search box.
  2. Click Enter or click . A filtered list of scheduled jobs displays.
Note: If your search returns no results, modify your search criteria and try again.

Viewing a Scheduled Job From The Foundations Setup Page

To view a scheduled job:

  1. If you have not already done so, create a Scheduled Jobs tab for the Foundations Scheduled Job object. To do this, click Setup | Create | Tabs. For information about creating tabs, see the Salesforce Help.
  2. Click the Scheduled Jobs tab you created earlier.
  3. Click the name of the job you want to view.
  4. Click the Run Number of the job you want.
  5. Click the Log Name you want to view.
