Services Credits Allocation Fields

The Services Credits Allocation object includes the following fields. All fields are read-only.

Services Credits Allocation Fields
Field Description
Account The account to which the services credits allocation relates.
Allocation Type The allocation type for the services credits. If the record is the result of assigning credits to a piece of work, its type is Allocation. If the record is the result of flagging credits as expired without associating them with a piece of work, its type is Expiry.
Amount Paid for Credits The total amount paid for the allocated credits. This currency field contains the sum of the Amount Paid for Credits field values on the related services credits consumption records.
Amount Paid for Credits Number For system use. Used to convert the currency value in the Amount Paid for Credits field into a number value.
Value of Credits The total value of the allocated credits. This currency field contains the sum of the Value of Credits field values on the related services credits consumption records.
Value of Credits Number For system use. Used to convert the currency value in the Value of Credits field into a number value.
Milestone The milestone that the services credits are allocated to.
Recognition Method

Recognition method to apply to this record for Services Forecasting. The options available are:

  • Deliverable
  • % Complete
  • Equal Split: Months
  • Equal Split: Months/Actual Days in Part Periods
  • Equal Split: Months/Part Periods
  • Equal Split: Days
  • Equal Split: 4,4,5
Notes:

This is a global picklist that is on several objects used in Services Forecasting.

This field is not relevant if you are using the integration between PSA and Revenue Management.
Services Credits Allocated The number of services credits allocated to a particular piece of work, such as milestones. This field contains the sum of the Services Credits Consumed field values on the related services credits consumption records.
