Setting up Recognition Management

This table sets out the tasks involved in setting up Revenue Management.

Some tasks only need to be performed once in your org (One-off), whereas other tasks need to be repeated for each group of source objects (Repeatable). For example, if you have one group of source objects consisting of Project, Milestone, and Timecard, and another group of source objects consisting of Sales Invoice and Sales Invoice Line Item, you must perform the repeatable tasks for both groups.

2	One-off	Ensure the View-Only License Templates and Apps permission set is set as active. If this permission set is not active, the user will see a blank dashboard after embedding.	Permission Sets

4	One-off	Add the Analytics dashboard's ID to the Analytics Dashboard ID property for the RM Recognition Management component. Note: You can obtain a dashboard's ID from the dashboard's URL, for example, in http://your-org.lightning.force.com/analytics/, the dashboard ID is 02uRK00000E7Rtc.
5	One-off	Once the dashboard is embedded, click Save. A new Lightning page with the specified dashboard will be created since the original Recognition Management page is managed and cannot be edited. Click Activate to give a name to the new page and set its visibility. Note: The Recognition Management page is currently under active development. We are prioritizing fixes for the current duplication issue, and will continue to deliver performance improvements and exciting new features in upcoming releases.
