Adding a New Related List Criteria

There might be a possibility that the predefined related list criteria is not enough for generating the summary that suit your organization's needs. In such cases, you can add a new related list criteria in the AI Prompt Configuration Builder.

Note:

Adding a new related list criteria feature is not available in all prompt configurations to maintain the overall integrity of your AI generated summary.

To add a new related list criteria:

  1. Go to the AI Prompt Configuration Builder tab.
  2. Either clone an existing configuration or create a new one. For more information, see Cloning AI Prompt Configurations and Creating AI Prompt Configurations.
  3. Click Add New Related List Criteria. The Add New Related List Criteria window opens.
  4. In the Related List field, select the object. You can select any custom object also. The list displays only the objects that are supported and related to the main object.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Click Add Field and select a field from the list.
  7. [Optional] To add more fields, click Add Field again.
  8. Click Next.
  9. [Optional] Click Add Filter to select the filters you want to apply to the related list records. For more information, see Adding Filters to Related List Fields in the AI Prompt Configuration Builder.
  10. Click Next.
  11. [Optional] In the Record Limit field, enter the number of records that you want to display in the summary.
  12. [Optional] Click Add Order to add ordering for the records. For more information, see Limiting and Ordering Records Displayed in AI Summaries.
  13. Click Add. This adds the new related list to the configuration.
  14. Click Save. The new related list section and fields appear in the configuration.
