Swapping Related Lists

The AI Prompt Configuration Builder is a flexible tool that allows you to customize the data sources for existing related list sections. You can easily swap the displayed related list with your custom object if you think that the predefined related list does not suit your organization's summary needs.

Note:

Certain core related lists cannot be swapped to maintain the overall integrity of your AI generated summary.

The following object types are not supported:

  • Attachments
  • Share
  • History
  • Feed
  • Change Event
  • Role

All the objects related to the above objects types are not listed in the Related List dropdown. The Swap Related List option is only available for related lists that allow customization.

  2. In the related list section, click Add fields, filters, orders, and limit | Swap Related List. The Swap Related List window opens.
